Deposits & Refunds
Deposits of 50% are required at the time of reservation to guarantee lodging or services. Refunds, less a 15% administration fee, will be granted prior to 30 days before scheduled arrival for cancellations. Deposits for cancellations made less than 30 days of scheduled arrival will not be refunded, however, may be applied to a future visit within one year.
Reservations are requested, walk-ins are welcome while space is available. This also helps keeps rates lower as we do not always have staff in the office. We carry a radio telephone while we are working with livestock, farming, and other activities as guests are our first priority! Eden Valley Guest Ranch is a big place, but it only takes a few minutes to get to the Lodge from where we are working. Planning ahead is a great way to save money, but we understand that sometimes you just can’t plan ahead.
